Carnival Cruise Lines
Carnival Cruise Line is one of the world’s largest and most recognisable cruise brands, known for fun, lively and great-value holidays at sea. Its ships are designed for guests who want a relaxed, sociable experience with plenty of dining, entertainment, family facilities and activities included throughout the day and evening.
Carnival operates a fleet of 29 ships, offering cruises from every coast in the United States, as well as sailings from Australia and seasonal departures in Europe. Itineraries range from short weekend breaks to week-long holidays and longer voyages, visiting destinations across the Caribbean, The Bahamas, Mexico, Alaska, Hawaii, Canada and New England, Bermuda, Europe, Australia, New Zealand and the South Pacific.
The fleet combines long-standing guest favourites with newer and recently introduced ships such as Carnival Celebration, Carnival Jubilee, Carnival Venezia and Carnival Firenze. Carnival Jubilee, sailing from Galveston, is part of Carnival’s Excel-class generation and features BOLT: Ultimate Sea Coaster, expanded dining and entertainment, and large resort-style spaces. Carnival Venezia and Carnival Firenze bring the line’s “Fun Italian Style” concept to the fleet, combining Carnival’s signature atmosphere with Italian-inspired design, food and drink.
On board, guests can expect a wide choice of restaurants, bars, pools, waterparks, live music, comedy, theatre-style entertainment, casinos, spas, children’s clubs and adults-only retreat areas on selected ships. Carnival is especially popular with families, groups of friends and first-time cruisers looking for an upbeat, informal holiday.
Carnival continues to invest in new ships, fleet enhancements and exclusive destinations, with Carnival Festivale scheduled to sail from Port Canaveral in 2027. Recent recognition includes Cruise Critic’s 2025 award for Best Cruise Line for Live Music and Comedy and USA Today 10Best’s 2025 award for Best Cruise Line for Shore Excursions.
